Broccoli and Corn Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 14.75 ounces cream-style corn canned
  • 3 3/4 cups broccoli, frozen cooked
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/c cup whole wheat crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 whole wheat saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • Mix corn, broccoli, egg, cracker crumbs and oil together in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • Mix topping ingredients (saltine crackers and butter) together in small bowl. Sprinkle over corn mixture.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
