Broccoli and Corn Bake
Ingredients
- 14.75 ounces cream-style corn canned
- 3 3/4 cups broccoli, frozen cooked
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/c cup whole wheat crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 6 whole wheat saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
- Mix corn, broccoli, egg, cracker crumbs and oil together in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Mix topping ingredients (saltine crackers and butter) together in small bowl. Sprinkle over corn mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
