Green Beans with Cranberries and Walnuts

This quick side comes together in minutes and is packed with flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces green beans frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons walnuts chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Place green beans in medium-sized casserole dish and microwave on high until heated through and tender, about 6 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, heat a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. Cook the cranberries and walnuts briefly until the cranberries are tender.
  • Add the green beans and honey to the skillet and combine.
  • Serve hot.
