Breakfast Pizza

Everyone loves pizza for breakfast. This one is made with a toasted English muffin, nut butter, and fresh fruit. You can even wrap it up and take it with you.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 English muffin toasted
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter old-fashioned
  • 1 teaspoon fruit preserves
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit slices peaches, blueberries bananas, or strawberries

Method
 

  1. Spread each half of the English muffin with peanut butter and jam.
  2. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy!

Notes
