Our theme this year is Celebrate Maryland! Free, Confidential Wellness Screening for employees enrolled in medical coverage through The Arc of Washington County
Know your numbers by completing a fasting test that includes a blood draw. Tests include: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, CBC with differential, Lipid Panel, Thyroid Panel plus TSH. This screening will satisfy the lab testing requirement for the Healthy Steps wellness program and get you one step closer to earning a $10, $20, or $30 per pay. Plus you’ll qualify for a $50 wellness incentive from The Hartford if you’re enrolled in the Critical Illness or Hospital Indemnity plans ($100 if enrolled in both plans). AND you’ll be in a random drawing to win a $100 DICKS Sporting Good gift card. Already a Healthy Steps participant who completed lab work between January 1 and May 31, 2025? No need for new labs—we’ll automatically add you to the prize drawing.
Fasting means no food and no beverages other than water or black coffee for 9 hours prior to your appointment time. Don’t worry, we will have a granola bar and water for you to enjoy afterward. Please make sure to take all your medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider. If you are diabetic, please consult your physician before fasting.

How to register for your onsite wellness screening appointment
- Visit https://www.ehealthscreenings.com/signup
- If you have participated in a previous screening facilitated by eHealthScreenings, enter your username and password and click Submit. On the following screen under Step 1, enter the Screening Key: PEA14 and Click to Select. If you’ve forgotten your username or password and need to reset, the reset email will be sent to the same email address you use with Peak Health. Most likely, this is your personal email address.
- If you have not participated in a screening, under the NOT YET REGISTERED? box, enter the Screening Key Code PEA14 and click Submit. Enter your assigned default username and password and click Verify My Account. For your assigned default username and password use the following format:
USERNAME: First Initial + Last Initial + DOB (MMDDYYYY). For example: John Smith born 4/23/1975 is JS04231975
PASSWORD: Last Name + Last 4 SSN. For example: John Smith with social 123456789 is Smith6789
Username and Password are case sensitive. - Then select “Click to Select” within the Onsite Screening section.If you would like to opt in for a text message reminder, select “Yes” and type in your cell number.
- Use the drop down function to choose your work location, date and time of appointment, and then click Register. All appointments will last 6 to 10 minutes.
- Once you have completed the registration process, a confirmation page will be generated for you to print for your records. If you selected text messaging, you would also receive reminder texts about your upcoming appointment.
