The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides up to six free confidential counseling sessions within a rolling 12-month calendar period to assist active employees with The Arc WC and their household members in coping with life changes, stress, grief, alcohol, or drug dependency, sleep or eating disorders, anxiousness, irritability, or depression.
