This recipe was inspired by viewing a menu and seeing “loaded fries.” Watermelon is a better idea, especially for summer!

Loaded Watermelon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nonfat strawberry rhubarb yogurt or any flavor
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 plum cut into wedges
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup dried apple chips
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • 1 Tablespoon pistachios roasted

Instructions
 

  • Rinse all fruits under cold running water. Slice the watermelon in long thin strips and set them on a large plate. Place each ingredient between the wedges: plums, banana, yogurt, blueberries, and banana,
  • Top with mint sprigs and pistachios. Place the dried crunchy apple slices into the yogurt.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one day until ready to serve.

Notes

Chef's Tips: Garnish with fresh lemon or orange zest. Use any fruits that you like!
